    Hey!
    I can see my orders on the ticket sub-site of an event.
    “Reserved by _NAME_ on _DATE_”

    Unfortunately, the date is displayed in the wrong time format (in English time format instead of in German time format as desired).

    Do you know what I can do to fix it?

    Hi @srudnik,

    Please check that your site is using your desired date and time format under Dashboard > Settings > General. If you’re also using The Events Calendar, check under Events > Settings > Display. See our Knowledgebase article on Setting Dates and Times for more info.

    If changing those settings doesn’t help, please share a screenshot with me of where you’re seeing this (or a link if it’s a public-facing page) so I can help you further. ??
