    There are many things that can effect mail delivery, most of them related to your email server configuration. The FAQ includes a 5-step checklist to help you narrow down the problem.

    Hi NateWr, nice to meet you!
    I already checked the first 4 steps in the checklist and everything is Ok, I receive email from WordPress, not from booking reservation. It’s strange! The web host is Aruba.it, the most famous host in Italy, to be honest I don’t know if they could be the problem

    There are many things related to the configuration of your email server which might be blocking the emails. If you provide the details mentioned in step five to your web host they should be able to look at their logs and tell you whether emails are being sent and, if not, why.

    I appreciate this can be confusing, but I assure you the plugin is working on more than 10,000 websites. Email delivery is a very common problem but it’s related to a whole bunch of factors outside the control of the plugin.

    Maybe I’ve found the problem!
    Booking Reservation is not sending email to @hotmail.it addresses, if I use other addresses I can receive the email.
    are you already awared about this issue?

    I’m sorry, I know this can be confusing, but it really is something you need to follow up with your web host. The plugin doesn’t care what the address is, but there could be any number of problems along the delivery chain which are preventing your emails from reaching the @hotmail.it address.
