Reservations are deleted automatically

    Hi,
    When I assign the status “Reservation” to a booking, then this booking is automatically deleted. All information will be lost. Very annoying. Is this intentional or a bug?
    If I assign the status “Confirmed” to a booking, then it remains in the system.

    Hi @skilehrerjonas reservation status is there to keep booking reserved while customer enter data in form. After 5 minutes they are removed. You should use pending by default and then switch it to confirmed .
