    We are noticing that reservations are disappearing from the system. Is this a known issue?

    It definitely isn’t a known issue. This is the first I’ve heard of something like this. Are you saying that bookings that were showing in the Bookings area of the plugin admin just stop showing there?

    Is it only happening with bookings that are past their date? Or is it happening always a specific amount of time before the date?

    Is it only when a certain option is selected?

    How many bookings show in your Bookings area of the plugin admin?

    Yes, reservations that were in the backend seem to disappear. It seems like it’s when it’s on the day of the reservation but I’m not 100% sure. I made sure the time zone for the website was correct and it is. Also, when I select the ALL feature they aren’t there either. At the moment there are 21 bookings

    Where do old reservations go?? For example yesterday on the 30th we had like 30 or so reservations, but today when I select ALL I only se about 12

    They don’t go anywhere. Even if you set certain reservations to the Closed status, they’ll still show in the All tab, as well as the Closed tab. That’s why I asked how many reservations you have. I’m wondering if maybe your bookings screen is paginating. Do you see an option to go to the next page?

    Also, for which time period/dates are you viewing bookings? If the booking is for today, then you need to view the Today tab, or select All. If it’s in the future then you can select the “Upcoming” tab. Please see the following screenshot for what I mean:
