Reserve subdomains or directories be affected by WPMS or Rewrite rules

  • Hello I have a sudomain wpms (WordPress MultiSite) working that has 15 sites with domains mapped each one, and other subsites using subdomains, and all works perfectly … how ever I need to use one subdomain to NOT be taken fron WPMS .. also i want to know how to do the same for some subdirectories, For example

    https://www.mydomain.com is the main WPMS site
    site1.mydomain.com is a WPMS site handled by wordpress
    myseconddoamin.com is handled by WPMU to map to site2
    intranet.mydomain.com is a hole site independent from WP
    https://www.mydomain.com/support/ has a Ticket system also independent from WP

    So in the FTP directory structure is
    /httpdocs/support/ is the ticket system
    /httpdocs/* Hole WP instalation
    /subdomains/intranet/* is the Intranet system (is configured on apacche to work)

    All those “rewrite rules” are mannaged from the .httaccess file that WP by default generates

    So what to do??
