Reserving individual seats within a place/section

I’ve got the pro version and I understand there’s bulk actions. My problem is I can create a place, but if one user chooses that place (made of several seats I’m trying to sell individually), they book the entire place, rather than there being 16 individual seats to book. How do I set the place so each seat can be reserved?
