Reset

  • Hi,

    I am German. Please excuse me for my bad English.
    I really like this plugin and I use it on all my sites with the twenty eleven theme.

    Without an update of WordPress, the theme or this Plugin it do not work anymore.
    I lost the options I chose and there was no background chosen in the WordPress customizer.
    When I chose my background and my configuration again, nothing changes in the preview window.

    When I save this configuration and open the customizer again, than I am back at the beginning.
    I lost the options I chose and there was no background chosen.

    I deactivated all the other plugins and tried to change the configurations.
    I have deactivated and activated your plugin.
    I deleted it and installed it again.

    After the new installation, the advanced mode of your plugin was still set.
    Why it do not reset some configuration while a new installation?

    Have you an idea how we can solve this?
    Is there a possibility to reset it completely in the database?

    Yes, there are two entries added to the wp_options table by backdrop with the keys ‘backdrop’ and ‘backdrop-advanced’. Removing both of them from the wp_options table should completely remove all stored settings.
