Reset a user’s preferences (ie block editor preferences)

I am running into issues where sometimes users have hidden areas of the editor and have different views when using the block editor.

• Is there a way for an admin to reset a user’s preferences?
• Is there a way for a user to reset their own preferences.

I am referring to areas such as Block Editor > Preferences and Page settings meta box areas in the sidebar and/or bottom of the content area

I have searched the documentation and haven’t found an answer so far. Appreciate any insight!
