    I have a user in the status “Awaiting E-mail Confirmation” but I never received the confirmation email. I receive a variety of other emails out of the system via the SMPT plugin using SendGrid, so it isn’t an issue of sending emails. Is there some way to reset this status or to re-send the this email?? The user appears to be dead until this can be resolved. Deleting users in this state isn’t really an option…

    Select the user in the WP backend,
    in “UM Action” dropdown select “Resend Activation E-mail”,
    click the button “Apply”

    Yes, that’s what I tried, but no email arrives. I seem to get all the other emails so far, but not that one. Any other ideas to try? I have tried multiple users so it doesn’t appear to be an email delivery issue to a given account. Nothing in spam or junk…

    Do you receive the Activation email notification when you register an account? Could you please confirm that it is turned on in the Email Settings?

    @champsupertramp Yes, it seems I had to enable the email activation email in settings. Thanks for your help!
