Reset button and Active filters do not work

  • Hi,

    I am facing the second problem with your plugin – I have a filter group on my homepage and by selecting attributes in dropdown and clicking on button “Search” it redirects customers to the shop page with the filter results (products). But I need also Reset button in the filter group but when I added it to the group and then clicked on the button – it does not reset the filters – it redirects me to shop page. Also the active filters widget does not work with this filter group. There is a message “No filters selected” even if filters are all selected.

    Could you please help me solve this issue? Thanks.

    I think that filtering is some kind of bugged too. Try to choose the car brand and then when you want to choose car model it closes the dropdown and sometimes the whole filter group disappears.

    Hi,

    ‘Try to choose the car brand and then when you want to choose car model it closes the dropdown and sometimes the whole filter group disappears’ – when you choose some value in the filter other filters are updating their values. If you don’t want this – open group for edit and unset option Update filters in the Search Box settings.

    active filters widget is for pages with products that are filtered. It will do nothing in the search box.
