Reset dokan commission

    Hi,
    I have set my website up and Dokan is working perfectly!

    I accidentally set the wrong commission for my vendors is there a way I can reprocess the orders so it takes on the correct commission?

    Or even manually run it?

    I am so sorry to inform you that it is not possible to reprocess the order by default. But you can reset the earning of the vendor and ask them to go for a new purchase.

    In order to make the amount 0, you will need to reset from the Database section.

    The database for an order is wp_dokan_order
    withdraw is: wp_dokan_withdraw
    Vendor balance : wp_dokan_vendor_balance

    This can be an alternative solution. You can get an expert opinion for help and get a solution.
