Reset key without access to account page

  • I am using the Two Factor plugin with MemberPress and the TOTP reset key functionality is not working because users don’t have access to the backend user profile screen (via a setting in MemberPress to keep members out of the WordPress dashboard). Is there a way to make the reset key functionality to work even if users aren’t able to access their profile page?
