%Reset Link% not working

  • I’m using the %Reset Link% variable to customize my reset-password email in the Front End Login module. The variable does not get translated to a URL in the email received by the subscriber, it’s just printing the variable name. Is this the correct variable name? It’s what’s indicated in the module settings. The other variable %User Login% is working as expected.

    I just ran some tests locally and that is the correct variable to use and it works for us. We haven’t had similar reports either. This is the exact string I entered for my test: “%Reset Link%”. Did you copy/paste directly from the variables on our settings page? If you type it in manually, is there any difference? Are you using anything to wrap the emails in a template that could potentially be modifying them?
