I need some help setting up my reset password page.

Here are the two shortcodes I’ve tried using:
    [theme-my-login default_action=”lostpassword”]
    [theme-my-login default_action=”resetpass”]

When I tested out the links, I end up at a 404 error page.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

All of the pages should have been set up properly when you installed and activated the plugin…

For some reason it’s not working for me. Can you walk me through how to trouble shoot this?

The simplest method would be to delete the theme_my_login option from the database and start over, so that the plugin creates the pages as it should.

I’ll see if it works. i didn’t disable or change any of the plugin coding. I did have an uncanny toolkit plugin in there. did that affect the set-up?

Is there a way I can create or bring back that page without having to delete the plugin and mess up the other site settings based on that plugin that do work?

The only settings you would lose by deleting that option would be TML’s settings. The other method, you would have to manually set the _tml_action meta key/value pair to the proper value for each page you manually create.

Didn’t work. I deactatived and deleted the plugin and reinstalled a brand new plugin down load. This is what I’m getting… what should I try next?

Hello, same problem here. No way to open the password-reset-page or the lostpassword-page (both Error 404).
I have already deleted “Theme My Login-Plugin” and and reinstalled.
By calling the preview of the lostpassword-page or the resetpass-page the My-Profile-page opens.

I solved it. I have deactivated the Front-End-Login of the Uncanny-LearnDash-Toolkit – and it works properly!

    Thank you, it works now!!
