Reset of role dousn't work

  • Hi,

    I messed up my editor role by accident. I understood that the ‘Reset’ button should bring it back to the default role items.
    Or i didn’t understood the reset function it dous not work ?? Is this only not working for me or is it a bug?

    I tried to replicate the functionality that was set by default, and it seems to be working but i want to make sure its complete now.

    Hi,

    “Reset” button executes operation to initialize all roles to its default state. URE plugin calls code from the WP core for it. That code is used for role creation when you install WP 1st time.

    Please describe in more details, how it does not work. Do you see the warning message, when press “Reset” button. Any error messages on in the browser? Any notices from URE plugin at the top of the page after you press “Reset”.
    Try to insert into wp-config.php this line

    define('WP_DEBUG', 1);

    It enables PHP error messages. So you can to see one if fatal PHP error take place.
