Reset page doesn't work

Hello,
I’m using wordpress with classified theme. My reset page didn’t suddenly work.
When I request a reset, i got the url:https://domain.com/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=G5HztHjvvmBwv2twPpcG&login=username
But when i clicked on it, it redirected me to:
https://domain.com/wp-login.php?action=rpIt’s just the login page, not the page to set new password. Please help me if you know it.
