your template to reset passoword works fine if user triggers it from /my-account/lost-password/. However if our client serice team users option to reset password on /wp-admin/users.php a plain text email is sent. Can it be overwriten with your template?

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.
In the free version, our plugin only sends the “Reset password” email template when the user resets their password via the “Lost password” or “Forgot password” button. But if you’re using the pro version, it’ll send the template when the admin resets a user’s password from the backend.

However, you can try our another plugin for WP users: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/9mail-wp-email-templates-designer/

    It’s also a free plugin.

    Best regards.

    Hi Angela,

I have tested your 2 plugins together (9mail + customizer for woo) and if both are enabled, then the default template from 9mail is used for all woo emails. Can that be fixed?
