How to make the user in the standard form WP clicked on to recover the password and it was transferred to the recovery page with the [wppb-restore-password] shortcode?

You cannot modify the link on the default WordPress login form (/wp-login.php) only add one to the Profile Builder form. You could use Paid Member Subscriptions, one of our other plugins, to redirect the default WordPress pages to ones of your choosing.
