  • Hello @mathisdoret,

    Thank you for reaching out!

I’m not certain I understand you clearly, can you please share more details.

Are you using any mailer plugins, also are you experiencing any other email issues?

We are only experiencing mailing issues with this specific mail template, we are not using any other mailing plugins as well.

    Hi @mathisdoret,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

It sounds like there might be some issue with the Brevo SMTP server or the WooCommerce email settings. To troubleshoot this, please try the following steps:

    • Make sure that your WooCommerce email settings are correct. You can find them under WooCommerce > Settings > Emails. Check the sender name, sender address, and email type. You can also customize the email subject, heading, and content for each email type.
    • Test the email delivery by using the WP Mail Logging plugin. This plugin will log all the emails sent by your WordPress site and show you if they are delivered or not. You can also view the email headers and content for debugging purposes.
    • If the emails are not being delivered, check the Brevo SMTP settings and make sure that they are compatible with WooCommerce. You can also try using a different SMTP service or plugin to see if that works.
    • If the emails are being delivered, but the links are not working, check the WooCommerce endpoints settings and make sure that they are correct. You can find them under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced. The lost password endpoint should be set to lost-password and the account endpoint should be set to my-account.
    • If the endpoints are correct, but the links are still not working, it could be a theme or plugin conflict. To test this, please follow these steps:
      • Deactivate all other plugins except WooCommerce and see if that makes any difference.
      • Switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-One and see if that solves the problem.
      • Clear your browser cache and cookies and try again.

If none of the above steps work, please send us a System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support. This will help us to diagnose the issue further and provide you with the best possible solution.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.
