Reset password is no working

    Hi,

    As I was trying to reset my password on the /affiliate-reset-password/?show-reset-form=true, nothing is shown.
    I had to add a link to the /my-account/lost-password, so an affiliate would be able to reset.

    Hey @marcossferrao,

    Thank you for reaching out! I have just tested the recover password functionality from SliceWP and on my end everything is working nicely.

    Considering we currently don’t have any other support tickets with this issue, I believe the problem is either an incompatibility with another plugin or with the server your website is running on. At this time I cannot say which one it is, but I suspect it’s one of the plugins.

    Also, I’m glad you found a working solution for the issue through WooCommerce. This is the exact workaround I would have recommended.

    Even so, I will have to test some of the plugins you have active and see if I can find a compatibility problem with SliceWP.

    Hi @iovamihai,

    `So after a few days, I finally found out why I was not able to access the rest password-form affiliate-reset-password/?show-reset-form=true

    It’s the cache plugin that was blocking, we had to exclude this particular page, and it worked just fine.

    Is there any plan to add a multilevel add-on to the plugin?

    Sorry to ask, but by any chance, would you have a discount so we could buy the plugin?

    I’ve got just one more question. The add-on for store credit, does it work automatically? After sharing the affiliate link, and a sale comes from it, the percentage referred to the affiliate will stay in credit to the user, and he will be able to use it any time?

    Thank you for letting me know about the caching plugin conflicting with the reset password form! The information will be useful in case other users face this problem.

    As far as the multilevel add-on goes, it’s already on the roadmap and we’re looking to develop it sometime this year. However, at this time, I can’t say when it will be officially released.

    As far as store credits go, they will not be automatically added to the affiliate’s balance. For now, the payout needs to be processed manually.
