Reset Password Isn't Working

    Hello, I have had nothing but issues with this site:

    https://www.pureceuticalsskincare.com

    Customers are trying to reset their password and it just cycles through the process continually, never actually sending a password to anyone. So we have to manually reset the passwords for the clients.

    What am I missing to fix this issue? I’m sure it’s something super simple that’s just escaping me.

  • Does this happen when you use the default theme and/or with plugins deactivated?

    Oh my gosh, I haven’t tried that yet. That’s a rookie troubleshoot too! Not sure which plugin was causing it but you were right and now it’s okay. PHEW!
