Reset Password link always showing error message "Sorry, that key has expired. "

I am using theme my login plugin version 6.3.12 In my project.My project url is https://tibswebdevelopment.com/development/portal .I am getting mail after clicking lost password option but that link always showing “Sorry, that key has expired.”.One example url is “https://tibswebdevelopment.com/development/portal/index.php/resetpass/?key=y55PPUeaByprvEeL8Gs6&login=savin%40tibswebdevelopment.com” .

Is there any version conflict here or whats the problem?????
