Reset Password link doesn’t work

  • Hello,
    When users click on {password_reset_link} they are not able to set a new password. The link return an error message that says “Invalid or expired hash”.
    It happens for all users except for admin roles. If an admin try to reset his password, the link works properly.
    I have already tested for plugin/theme conflicts, but I cannot find anything.
    I read on this forum that someone else had the same issue and solved updating UM or editing code, but it’s not explain which code they have edited… I already get the latest version of UM.
    Can anyone help me?

    Hi @flor3,

    Can you please check whether you have any caching plugins installed, if yes please exclude Ultimate member pages and password reset page from caching and see if this helps.

    Hi,
    thank you for your prompt reply.
    I tried to exclude pages from chaching plugin as you told me, but it doesn’t work.
    However at this moment I solved the issue disabling chaching functions at all.
    I’m gonna investigate the problem with chaching plugin.
