Reset Password Link instead of Sending Password in an Email

1. I really don’t like sending passwords via email, I feel this creates a security issue with the website, is there an add-on that I am not aware of that would send a tokenized link instead to allow them to reset the password on the site?

Unfortunately no, we don’t have an addon that sends a tokenized link instead. Can you provide more information regarding what is it that you are trying to achieve?

2. Is there anything in works for supporting Google’s v3 recaptcha for the login and registration forms?

The developers have plans to add Google Enterprise reCAPTCHA which uses Google Cloud in the future.

Currently, the only solution for Password Reset is sending the password via email, which is not ideal. I am looking more for how the default WordPress password reset works where you enter your email and it sends a link to reset it instead.
