RESET PASSWORD LINK INVALID

    Hello, I am trying to reset the password because it does not allow me, it indicates the following message:
    Your password reset link appears to be invalid.
    I don’t have cache activated, I don’t have recaptcha, it’s an infinite loop. How can i fix this.
