please can you help on this issue .

I hosted the whole website in godaddy server from aws and it worked fine.
when hosted in godaddy when i click on the password reset link it redirects me to
url with show-reset-form=true&action

but this redirection is not happening when i hosted in aws .
Is this a server issue or why am not redirecting to this page when i click on password reset link

By default, WooCommerce doesn’t add “show-reset-form=true” in the lost password URL.

I just checked your website, and I can see the password reset page is showing up fine:

This is not the reset page , reset page should have the password and new password fields . I think you missed something

Did you use any plugin for the redirection while clicking on the password reset link?

If you click on the https://nutsanddates.in/my-account/lost-password/?show-reset-form=true&action, you will see this page: https://d.pr/i/5PsIFV which is the default reset password page for WooCommerce.

If the issue is happening only when your website is hosted on AWS, you might want to contact with the support of AWS to see if they can help regarding the redirection.
