    The reset password functionality on your website is not working and you should better sort it out ASAP since i bought a package and i cannot reset my password………

    @stavrosomo Apologies for the inconvenience caused. The issue has been fixed, and you can reset password now.

    No it isn’t. Nor am I getting any emails from you – no purchase receipt, no reset password emails, and no way of keeping your plugin up-to-date on my website.
    I’ve used the Premium support form to write to you three times now since purchasing the upgrade on the 10th Feb, and never do I get a response.

    Update : I was given a temporary password allowing me to access my account details, reset the password and set the Premium plugin to receive updates. Customer support gets a??
