Reset Password Page is blocked

    Can we exclude Reset Password Page from being blocked? I forgot my password and now I am locked out from administration area.

    Hi,
    Reset Password Page is already excluded and should be available on the default location.

    After some testing I see that /wp-login.php?action=lostpassword is available. But when I click Forgot Password on /wp-admin/ it redirects me to /lost-password/ which is blocked. This probably happens because woocomerce is changing the url to a “pretty” url.

    Yes, that’s a custom lost password URL and UCP sees it as a URL like any other. I’ve made a note to our developers to see if we can detect when Woo is active and add the needed exceptions. If you run into any other problems please don’t hesitate to contact us.
