    Hello,
I am having some trouble while using your plugin. I have a site that is made private using the jonradio private site plugin. I also use your plugin to have a custom login page.

The problem I am having occurs after users reset their passwords. The can click forgot password, they get the email, they can reset their passwords. However, once they click the login link on the page, it gives them a “Sorry, the key does not appear to be valid” error. If the user click go back to homepage, they do go to the homepage and are logged in. So the redirected login url doesn’t appear to be carrying over a proper session key.

It works fine when I turn off the Erident plugin. I do appreciate you creating the plugin and I like how it works otherwise. Any advice on how to solve the problem?

I did not include my site name as the site is private and no one can login unless I create a user for them first. The site currently supports about 115 users.

    Thank you,
    Mike

    Hey Mike,

This seams really strange to me. My plugin is just doing the alternations to the css only on the login page. It is not touching any functionality of wordpress login section.

I’m not able to say anything unless I check your website. If you can give me admin access to your website, I can check what is actually happening there. My email: [email protected]

    Libin,

I sincerely apologize for bothering you. It was a setting in the jonradio Private site plugin that I overlooked. I had to select “Omit Redirect” from the landing location after activating your plugin.

Deactivating Erident gives the false impression that the cause was with your plugin because there is no longer a custom login page active when Erident is disabled.

Also, thank you for your impressively quick response.

    Awesome! Glad to hear this.

If you really love my plugin, please give a 5 star rating in the review section. This will give me motivation to release new versions in the future.

    Thanking you.
