I have an odd issue where, if I want to reset a password, on visiting the reset password page, I can type in a new password in the first field, but when I start typing the password in the second field to confirm it, I’m unable to type anything.

I tried deactivating TML to test the default pages but doing so results in getting “too many redirects” error.

    Any help appreciated!

    Which TML version?

Thanks for the response, using the latest version, 7.0.15 and the latest version of WP on a PHP 7.3 environment.

I’ve since created a staging clone to deactivate all plugins but the problem still persists, so I can confirm it’s not plugin related.

Have you tried a default (bundled) theme? Does it happen with one of them?

Thanks, it looks like it’s related to our custom theme. We switched to WordPress’s 2020 theme and the problem went away, so that seems to be the culprit, that paired with the most recent WordPress update which finally broke it. We’ll have to make this part of a larger redesign project now as the theme is very old and needs to be junked anyway.
