Thanks for the plugin folks and great documentation on user based shortcodes.

However, I do not see an option to create a reset password page. I notice the default functionality takes the user to a basic WordPress password reset form.

That is not desirable. It suddenly changes the look of the entire page and the user sees a WordPress logo. Most people do not know what that is, and will wonder why they are seeing that.

What other options for password reset are there, and can this be addressed?

    Thank you!

    Hi @bward,

You can style the WordPress password reset page.

Currently, there are no other options to reset the password that seamlessly integrates with GiveWP.

The good news is that there’s already a feature request for this.

You can add your vote and/or comment here: https://feedback.givewp.com/feature-requests/p/change-password-link-in-donor-dashboard-for-registered-users

Our feedback site is designed to be the single source for all updates on particular issues. If any movement has happened, it will be displayed there for both the public and our team internally.

If specific feedback only has a handful of votes, that influences the priority we place on it. The more votes, the faster things get worked on!

Thanks Rick, I went ahead and left feedback. We use Elementor, I don’t think there is a way to make the reset password page look like our site. A shortcode would be fantastic and really bring this function into the rest of the plugin.

    Have a great day!
