Reset password using FTP is not working

Helping a nonprofit to maintain their site but can’t access with existing username and password. Can’t request to reset password using e-mail because don’t know who’s e-mail it would use. The site was heavily customized based on theme Galaxy.

I followed the instructions on https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Resetting_Your_Password#Through_phpMyAdmin using FTP method and Emergency Password Script. Tried several times, not working. What I need to do is reset admin name and e-mail address.

I was thinking to create a new WP account and restore the backup file. However, I found out existing site was a premium account so the new basic account won’t have plugin to restore the back up file.

HELP! How do I go into the site? Site address is earthfestla.org.
