Hi @dahirimstore
I have the problem that when I connected the plugin to my WordPress site, in the Linked Accounts part the wheel keeps spinning and doesn’t go anywhere, I need help to reset the plugin.
I already tried uninstalling it and clearing cache of my website, but nothing works.
From what I understand, you’re experiencing an issue with the Google Listings & Ads plugin on your WordPress site. Specifically, you’re encountering a problem where the wheel in the Linked Accounts section keeps spinning without any progress, and you’re seeking assistance to reset the plugin. Despite your efforts to uninstall the plugin and clear your website’s cache, the issue persists.
Let’s try a couple of additional troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue:
- Deactivate and Reactivate the Plugin: From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to ‘Plugins’, find the Google Listings & Ads plugin, deactivate it, and then reactivate it. This simple action can often fix minor glitches.
- Check for Plugin Conflicts: Sometimes, other plugins can interfere with the functionality of the Google Listings & Ads plugin. To check for this, temporarily deactivate all other plugins except for WooCommerce and Google Listings & Ads. If the issue is resolved, reactivate the other plugins one by one until you find the one causing the conflict. Here’s a handy guide on how to test for conflicts: ?? - Update Your Plugin: Make sure you’re running the latest version of the Google Listings & Ads plugin. If not, update it from your WordPress dashboard.
- Check Your PHP Version: The Google Listings & Ads plugin requires PHP version 7.4 or higher. Please ensure your hosting provider is using a compatible version.
