Reset Plugin Cache

I migrated a site to a new domain and cybersyn stopped syndicating my feeds, I used a plugin to find and replace all linking issues and even deleted and re added existing feeds, When i added one I hadn’t used it syndicated just fine. I am wondering if there is a way to reset the plugin as far as deleting any cache and being able to start fresh once again? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance =]
