Reset product counter

    It would be great if we could search the forum instead of posting a question that is most likely answered.

    Is it possible to reset the product counter (i.e, Product tab > # of views)? This is really helpful to determine how many people are viewing a product.

  • Hi Larch,

    Theres no built in option to do this, you could however reset it directly in the database (via phpMyAdmin, in the wp_UPCP_Items table, each product should have a column called Item_Views, where you can change the number value to 0).
