Reset Search result

  • I am using this plugin for the website and it is working fine but i have 2 issues or question:

    1) I am not able to check any option or button to reset search result( like: If any customer want to reset the search result that they done).

    2) IF search filed empty and click on the search button then it do the empty search that is not good so i want to restrict this.

    Please let me know if these are possible or not with this. Thanks

    Hi,

    So you are talking about the search form in the header of your site. If so, that as I see it is not a plugin search form. Please place an AWS plugin search form via one of the ways that are described here.

    No, i am not asking about the search form on header. Please click on this link: https://mymoll.com/product-category/products-from-china/ & click on *Filter* button then you will see a sidebar and on the sidebar you will be able to see that searchbar.     So this search form inside the sidebar is also not the AWS plugin form. So please first of all replace this form by following solutions from the article that I provide above.

    Oh sorry, you are right this is not your searchbar, so can you please let me know that can we make your searchbar just to search on the category page and it has also reset search result reset option ?

    Yes, you can show the plugin search form only on category pages. Not sure that fully understand you about the reset options.
