Reset stylesheet path

The link to the plugin author’s support page (https://fabi.me/wordpress-plugins/wp-filebase-file-download-manager/#postcomment) offers a 404.
I developed my site on a development subdomain and then moved it to the real domain. This plugin did not update the URL for the stylesheet – it still generates this in the header:
link rel=’stylesheet’ id=’wpfb-css’ href=’https://dev.MYSITE.ORG/wp-content/plugins/wp-filebase/wp-filebase.css?ver=0.3.0.06′ type=’text/css’ media=’all’
How can I get it to refresh to the proper URL, which is the same minus the “dev?”
