    Hi there,

    I run a multisite network and am in the process of reorganizing my website. This also entails changing the name of my subdomain.

    This subdomain is registered on my mailpoet account and I would like to remove it and add the new one.

    While trying to remove the old subdomain I accidentally cancelled the main domain. I want it to still be active.

    So in short, I need to reactivate the subscription on the main domain and cancel the subscription on the old subdomain so I can add a new subdomain.

    I can’t seem to accomplish this without going crazy.

    Is there anyone who could help me with this issue asap?

    Hi there Dionne,

    Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry for the delay.

    In order to change the domain associated with a MailPoet key you will want to follow these instructions:

    That said, note that a MailPoet key can only be activated on one domain or subdomain. If you’d like to use it on a domain and on a subdomain you will need to have two keys.

    Thank you for your reply. I’ve already tried doing what the article suggests, but I don’t seem to have all the options in the manage subscription tap. I only had the option to cancel my subscription.

    Thinking that would solve my problems, I clicked the cancel button and made the problems worse. Now I can’t reverse anything.

    The original problem:

    I already had 2 keys for the 2 different domains.

    Then I made some changes on my site and created a new subdomain and deleted the old one. I wanted to transfer the key from the old subdomain to the new subdomain. That wasn’t possible. I couldn’t even make any changes to the subscription related to the subdomain. So I wanted to check if it was in the settings of the subscription of the main domain. No luck. Now the subscription to the main domain is set to cancel on nov 14, I’ll lose all my settings and none of my problems are solved.

    Is this something you can help me with?
