want to reset the payment details..

From what I understand, you’re looking to reset your payment details for WooPayments.

Just so you know, WooCommerce Payments is a result of a partnership with Stripe. So, when you sign up and install WooCommerce Payments, a unique Stripe Express account is automatically created for you.
