Reset time

The start time for an interval indeed defaults to 00:00 (based on the site’s timezone), but can be changed using the “limit_orders_interval_start” filter.

I wrote an example plugin for another user a few weeks ago that demonstrates how to change the start time for the “daily” interval, but it could be modified to work on any other duration: https://gist.github.com/stevegrunwell/3de6aecc6bc7af9ca1c610d6435f05e9
