Reset User Roles Broke Site

After a few mis-edits, I decided to use the Reset User Roles option. Huge mistake, but aside from that, my Admin can no longer use most of the plugins on our site.

For instance, my Admin can not see the Tablepress admin setting, nor can they edit our tables. This is the same for many plugins, even if I uninstall / reinstall them.

If I have a backup of my sql, what tables did the Reset User Roles mess with so that I can restore my old site please?
