Reset User settings not function

  • Hi,

    I am trying to reset the sidebar options to its original configuration. But it is not working.
    Can you please tell me how to do so? Thank you!

    Hi,
    I think your problem is cache on server or php or plugin.
    Could you please try direct delete option to “wauc_sidemenu_setting”?
    And, can you see still data “wauc_sidemenu_setting” on your database?
