reset votes not working

    I created a new post and my new post has voted, even though I close the vote
    I reset votes in setting but the post still has voted, I look at the statistics, there is no value here. How do I fix it?

    my plan is ULTRA

    I solved Because I set the ‘Initial number of likes on buttons’ setting on the website, making it the default setting when using.
