Resetting

1. Are you seeing any error messages on screen and if so at what stage and where can you see these?
2. When you mention resetting the plugin are you performing a reset as described in these steps?
3. Any screenshots or recordings of what you see will help us. You can use services such as Imgur and Loom to capture these and share here.
