Resetting the Default (Kubrick) Template

i accidentally deleted a part of CSS that i meant to keep and updated file. one of the useful things about MT was that they had the defaults available on their site — is there something similar in WP?

i need index.php for the WP 1.5’s Default template (Kubrick version).
