    Something out of sync with plugin and website account. Old website account needed to be deleted and recreated, but plugin does not recognize new account and there seems to be no way to reenter website credentials in the plugin once they have been set. Where are the credentials stored? Is it possible to manually remove or null out the credentials so that the plugin requests them again.

    I’ve been attempting to work with Nick on this problem, but I’m getting frustrated and will search for another survey plugin if I can’t resolve soon.

    The plugin doesn’t store any login details – it links your current domain with the account you’ve created and linked your domain to.
