If I use these plugins, which of the elements will be effected? What about the color themes and custom css? Can you please explain a little more?
I am also using woocommerce plugin which has alot of products into it, if I use the reset plugins that you have mentioned, will my woocommerce database be deleted?

If you use https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/reset-wp/ the entire database (all settings and content, including products) will be reset to the stats of a fresh installation. Your files (installed themes, plugins, and uploads) will be untouched.

If you use https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/advanced-wp-reset/ you have some control over what is removed.
