Reset/Unistall option is missing

Hi. Unfortunatelly Nextgen doesn’t works at all, so I need to completelly unistall it. The problem is there’s no Reset/Unistall option available. I click on Gallery->Other Options but I can’t see these options there. I tried make a new installation but it didn’t work at all. Please, help me.
