Resize header for mobile (Aletheia/Follett theme)

    This is probably an easy fix, but I’ve tried to find a workaround and haven’t been able to do so (max-width: 100%; didn’t seem to help, but maybe I was placing it wrong). My header stays the same size when viewed on mobile (or when the desktop browser’s resized), whereas I’d like it to shrink. Thanks for any help!
