Resize image to a fixed wide and hight after uploading for product

Hi, I’m hardly looking for any way to upload a product image and fit it in a fixed wide and height size. I have tried almost all resize related plugins but not of them were working. I need it to automatically resize image while uploading or fit the image in a fixed product frame size without zooming or cropping.
If anyone have solution, then help me out please.
